Emily Spence, a Murmuration co-founder, is a multidisciplinary theater artist, event planner, and social media connoisseur. She is a proud graduate of Marymount Manhattan College’s Writing for the Stage program, where she developed a keen interest in exploring the close bonds people form. This is evident in her works The Concept of Women, which was staged at the Secret Theatre, and Sandbox Stories, which was showcased in the New York Theater Festival. Since joining Murmuration, she has been part of the directing team on numerous projects and has occasionally taken the stage to flex her acting muscles.
